I had a great experience at this office. I read the reviews from other sites about bad experiences and decided to see what the hype was all about. The front staff needs a little attitude adjusting but were overall ok. The girls in the lab were awesome they made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable. Despite me having to wait because a room wasn't available they informed me of so and offered me a choice of seating until ready. After about 5 minutes of waiting they came and got me and took me to the room. I saw the new PA and she introduced herself to me which I thought was polite must just come in and start talking. She was on point with her info and made sure I understood what was going on before she left the room. Im glad I didn't have to experience all the craziness.
