As intense as you like it
I heard about Fixx and went to check it out and it's a great place to work out. Totally friendly and laid back... ok until the class starts and it's as much as you can handle. No pressure, but there's more if you want to push it.

I discovered the fixx over a year ago, and was instantly intrigued. I'm not typically a big "fitness class" setting type of person, but I have to admit I'm hooked after attending just one of Christy's boot camps.

The Fixx workout studio
