It's how you handle a situation

What started out to be a poor experience turned out to be a satisfied one.\r
I think you just need to be patient in dealing with the front desk. However, I do feel it's all about the money.\r

LOST A LOT OF MONEY

Terrible. VERY bad experience here. Watch out for people who represent themselves as trainers and 'take the money and run' ......Literally. Want to give no stars.
