I would find it very hard to trust a contractor that refuses to pay his workers! This man shows up in the morning with his guys and leaves after they get started, which would be okay if he would be back to pick them up since he sometimes drops them off at the job site. He has left crews stranded without a ride numerous times. He also pays his guys as much as 2 weeks late, resulting in late rent and bill payments for his guys. He ignores their calls and will not call them back. In my opinion, I would avoid Terry and his company. If he treats his guys that are making him a nice paycheck every month like this, how is he going to treat you?
