Downhill since move
Chiam has moved to Cornell road. The quality and quantity of food has gone downhill and the prices have increased. We will no longer frequent Chiam.

Chiam is the best food
Mongolian Beef is the best, i mean i have yet had better Mongolian Beef anywhere, i love their general tao's chicken too. but the one that i love the most is their off the menu shrimp. i mean if you ever headed that way, you got to...Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Chinese Restaurants
