Scerbos Italian is THE BEST
Absolutely the best italian restaurant in the area, probably in the state of NJ. The food is excellent! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is great. Also a great place for a party with the huge downstairs room to rent out.

Pasta too hard!!!
I ate at Scerbos the week they opened, several years ago. I was disappointed because my pasta was a little hard in the middle. When the owner came to our table and asked how we were enjoying our meal, I expressed to him that I thought my pasta was not cooked thoughly and showed him the white line in the penne. He told me that is al dente and that's the way they cook all there pasta. He told me to order my pasta softer the next time. Guess what? There is no next time!! Too bad...
