Buffalo Athletic Club
My wife and I recently joined the BAC. We were very pleased with the time the representative took to identify our goals, answer questions and show us through the facility. The upbeat and motivational atmosphere along with the friendly staff helped us make our decision and we couldn't be happier. It has been just over a month and I have already lost 6lbs and my wife lost 9. We decided to use the services of a personal trainer to help teach and motivate us to get the weight off once and for all.
