i have never been more insulted and disgusted by the lack of professionalism of a company we've dealt with. Not only will they refuse to give our panel password to us to change services with us (they say they lost it) and want to send a tech at $125/hr to reset it (how do you reset w/ out the password again - we've tried that even with the mfg. of the panel and they insist you need the password to do that), but they also way over charge, appear to only have 2 people in their office that are rude and insulting, do not fulfill their promises, and have even acted threatened by our insistence to have them produce our password. It's like a hostage situation.
