Don't buy bicycles here
If your purchasing any bikes from target don't waste your time. The bikes are manufactured in china with poor quality control. It can be very dangerous for kids to ride these poor quality bikes. Parts will start to become loose with minor...Worldwide > United States > San Diego, CA > Clothing
