Sun Rise Management Company of Roxbury, MA

Sunrise Management is currently the Management Company for my Townhouse Complex in Dorchester, MA and they are the WORST company that anyone can hire. They NEVER respond to telephone calls, NEVER follow thorugh on repairs, maintenance and pormises. They promise the moon and stars and deliver nothing; and if you don't get the promise(s) in writing the promise/conversation never to place. They also NEVER send copies of actual invoices that were paid on your behalf by Sunrise they simply mail out an excel spreadsheet that they created with NO back up attached.

The management manager is rude and does NOT take any responsibility for any of his actions or lack of. Our town house complex is in ruins due to Sunrise Management not properly maintaing the property, holding meetings and paying bills. They cannot manage money, they never give you an update or status report as to what and where your condo fees are going. We have NO idea what we pay for insurance or their salaries. They are a rip off and shoud be in jail for their many misdeeds.

So, please if you are in need of hiring a Management Company to manage your proprty, PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT HIRE SUNRISE MANAGEMENT!! You will live to regret it!
