DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!! If you care about your family or your own safety or health I would not move here! My Girlfriend my two year old daughter and I moved in here in February 2014... they hooked us with no pet deposit no pet rent and no utilities oh and the free cable that never worked! The day we were supposed to get the keys and move in... we were told that we are now getting a different apartment because the one that we were supposed to get after two weeks of waiting was still not ready... on top of that the apartment that we were given still was not ready and we had to give the U-Haul that we rented back by a certain time so we had to move everything into a small storage they let us use and then move it all into the apartment from the storage that night. The carpet was definitely not new which we were told was, and there was a stain they could not get out so they cut the carpet and put a hack job of vinyl flooring in front of the door. After that everything was okay for a while... until the cockroaches came... I am a very clean person and I was so disgusted by them and embarrassed... we spent so much money on cockroach killer and got no where we told the office and they said they would send someone and when they finally did the guy cam into the apartment and was in there for literally about 2 seconds and was gone... nothing!!!! The roaches were ruling my life at that point... I would come home from a long day and have to clean and sanitize everything... every single day... Most of my personal appliances were ruined by the time we left. Then our ceiling started leaking and was very molded and we called to have it fixed and they came weeks later and instead of fixing the pipe and the mold they covered it up... mind you they also came into my apartment without notice and no one was home and locked our dog in the room and left the door open and unlocked. after that it started leaking again!!! At This point we are worried about the health and safety of our two year old daughter. They never came to fix it.. so we moved out and did not return the keys and did not pay the rent... had a health inspector come in and give us all the documentation we needed so when they took us to court we were ready... They told the judge that they had no idea about the health inspector but that was a lie because I told them and the health inspector called them to get a key because I could not meet them at the time. The judge said that we can set another court date after we let them see the documentation. After that they decided to just take us off the lease and that would be the end of it. The neighbors upstairs were constantly partying and it sounded like they were dropping boulders on the floor... they smoked weed so all the smell came into our apartment.. they were fighting and slamming at all hours of the night! Just think about your family if your considering this place!
