Best investment I've ever made! Give Sun Fitness a call. You won't be disappointed!

Phil is great. He is very motivating, always positive, and very professional. You leave the 45 min session feeling worked out but don?t feel like you over did it. He keeps the workouts interesting and very effective. I never know what he has planned for me each visit and I?m always surprised at the effectiveness of the exercises he has me do.

If you follow his instruction you will see results. I feel stronger and more energetic. I had not participated any regular exercise for over 20 years. I looked into joining a gym but I would have had no idea what to do once I got there and would have ended up injuring myself in the process. Going to Sun Fitness and working out with Phil was the obvious solution. His years of knowledge and experience are evident in his practice. He takes an extensive assessment of your health history, measures your flexibility, and benchmarks your physical capability. He is very conscious of your form during exercises and works within your capabilities to help push you to your limits without injury.

After working out twice a week with Phil for the past 5 months, I am now at a fitness level where I feel confident to begin a Triathlon training program and hope to complete my first Triathlon in three to four months. I went from feeling like I had to exercise to wanting to exercise. It has been the best investment I?ve ever made.
