Bad business. They will overcharge you and take advantage of you. Do not use them at all
These guys are crooks! I don't even know where to begin. First, I have 3 AC units in my building and one of them was messed up. I told the tech what was wrong and he told me it was an easy fix with a $56 part. I then get an invoice for $447! When I spoke to the owner he said I had to pay for a guy to sit in the truck to watch their supplies. Why am I paying for somebody to sit in the truck to watch your supplies? It's called locking the doors. If someone breaks into your truck you have insurance. They also charged me 45 minutes of labor for them to drive here. The business is only 10 minutes away. That's why I chose them, because they were so close. Even with traffic it should take no longer than 20 minutes to get to where my business is. They also tried to charge $74 in tax on $312 labor equaling in 23.71% tax rate. When I asked the owner about this he said "it's how we do business". Also, on the invoice they said they checked my other units, but why? I told him exactly what was wrong with which unit. There is no need to check my other working units. When I asked why he spent so much time on units that weren't broken the owner said "they didn't look at your other units." When the invoice clearly states that he checked my other units. In the end these guys are crooks and will try their hardest to overcharge you and squeeze you for all your worth. I would think that it would be important for them to want to get me to be a recurring customer for them but in an effort to make an extra $217.13 (the amount the owner and I came up with for being overcharged) they lost a customer for life. I work in a 91 year old building with 2 AC units over 15 years old and am constantly needing work done. They just lost my business.
