Private Mini Storage Manvel Mgt
This huge mini storage is a good location and has a great facility, but the managers here don't have a clue. I have been patient with them but even after being here for more than six months, just entering info into the computer just seems to difficult. I wasted an hour while they tried to figure out how to enter the information for a Uhaul before I just gave up on them and went to a different store. When I moved out they shorted me on my deposit, when I confronted them they blamed me saying I turned in my notice late. They were not honest, I proved I was out of town on the day they claimed I turned in my notice late, they came back and said they forgot to post it. No apology, and because it was not a large amount of money they seem to think I should just forget about it. This does not seem to be the right business for them as they seem overwhelmed and ethically challenged.....Worldwide > United States > Spring, TX > Storages
