Needed a simple brake job under warranty. Was told to drop of at 9 am do they can get it done. First I've only had truck one week this inspection sticker is a lie cuz the brakes were shot. My family mechanic said he would never prasad a vehicle with brakes this bad. At 3 pm I call and my salesman has no idea what I'm talking about at first but then says ah yeah his mechanic is diagnosing it now. Well at 5:15 I call again and an told its not done truck is in pieces and I have to leave for work in 2 hrs but it won't be done now toll tomorrow. I cannot believe a one hour job can't be complete in a day. The customer service left with the purchase of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST & HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE OTHER SAYS.THERE'S ONLY 2 GUYS IN THE OFFICE. They lost a lifelong customer and 2 other people I recommended to them
