Great View, Bad service, bad food

nice looking place, but I was there with a party of 10 and our service was HORRIBLE.
Once we did get our food ( my steak was not medium rare, not even close) it was cold. I even think if it was hot it wouldnt of tasted that good anyway....

Literally amazing!

I recently went for Valentine's Day, and they had great V-Day specials. The standard menu is great too. I've twice had their New Orleans style Mahi Mahi, and it melts in your mouth.
