The workers at Star Tips speak in Vietnamese so you can't understand them whatsoever. Also they dont sanitize their tools properly (you watch them use it on one client, then on you..ew). They cut my finger and used a rubber band to try to...Worldwide > United States > Phoenix, MD > Nail Salons
