Great furniture, amazing prices
This is a great furniture store & the prices can't be beat. We were able to furnish and decorate our media room entirely with items from this store: Sectional, ottoman, rug, art, console tabe. High quality furnishings for a fraction of the cost at other retail stores.

Warning: Don't Buy
My husband and I were really excited about the prices and quality of the products sold at this store until we received our furniture piece. We ordered a TV console and the doors were backwards. My husband had to take the product back to the store's warehouse for repair. He went back to pick it up 2 weeks later and the doors were fixed but the furniture was damaged at the top. The store owner said that he would order another unit and we would receive a call in another 2 weeks to pick up the new unit. He offered only to cover half of delivery cost of $90. The staff was not sympathetic about the issue at all, and wouldn't offer anything but to pay half of the delivery cost to get it back to my home. How rude! My husband said that he heard one of the workers talking on the phone with a customer about a bed that was delivered missing screws. He said that the employee talked about the customer really bad when she hung up and made the comment, What! Does it look like I have some screw

After dealing with the sales person Christina and the GM David they basicall y told me ohh well and sorry. Absolutly no compinsation for my time or gas to drive back and forth to Tempe ( I live in Surprise). Horrible customer service I would never shop there again.
