This is a very a good quality home builder, but there are many pitfalls

We shopped around a lot for different builders and finally settled on St Lawerence for the location and the quality of the home. Their homes are very pricey, but the workmanship is awesome. They really build a good quality home and outdo many other well known names, such as Shea or Dr. Horton. We hired an inspector before closing, and he found only minor problems.

When we did our 1-year walk-thru, there was hardly anything to fix, except for a few minor details, such as cracks from the settling of the house. Their warranty team went above and beyond our expectations. They found stuff we had not even noticed and cleaned our house from top to bottom after they were finished making repairs. They even adjusted our towels on the towel racks.

I wish I had great remarks for the sales rep, but he was awful! He was almost belligerent at times. He was very impersonal, did not possess good people skills, confrontational, and just seemed like he did not want to be bohered at all. We h
