Little corner of paradise
I went for a spa package recently and had a really great experience. The staff was very accomodating and didn't have a problem with substitutions. I have a bad back which makes lying on a massage table uncomfortable so I requested a chair massage and foot reflexology instead. They had no problem with this, with no change in price or length of service. It was heaven. The herbal/salt scrub was wonderfully invigorating and my skin still feels soft! The woman who did my facial recommended a cleanser that's better than anything I've tried in years. Also included were a first rate mani and pedicure, and lunch too! They need to work on coordinating when lunch is served. But that's a small issue compared to gracious and accomodating service with a smile. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I left feeling refreshed, and renewed. Who know we had this in Waltham!

not recommended
i made an appointment here and called for directions (which were horrible) and I got lost so I called to tell them and they said it wouldnt be a problem but cut my massage a half hour short for being late 10 minutes, and my appointment was from 630-730 and no one came in after, because I could understand if i kept people waititng for there appointment but I was the last one of the night and they didnt close til 8. Then they charged me the full price. also the rooms and not regulated very well it would get very cold then very hot. Horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend it at all

Great massage-Bravo George
I tried massage at SpringRain. The spa was referred by my husband.. The massage session was performed by George. Unique massage technique I never tried before. The combination of vibration and pressure points But out come was great. I came out refreshing and painless. I slep like a baby this night.

Best waxing experience!
I used to go to other spas for brazilian, leg waxing and eyebrows. When I went to SpringRain I was very happy how waxing was done. It was minimum pain and high speed. This is the place to go!

Great Facial!
I went there for a champagne facial and was extremely pleased. the products that were used really hydrated and make my skin look really supple. the face massage was relaxing as well, i almost fell asleep! the facial lasted about an hour. im glad i found this place!Worldwide > United States > Waltham, MA > Sports Nutrition, Vitamins and Supplements
