I wish you were able to give this place 0 stars. For starters I did no business with this man, I was employed here, so I know how horrible Marc really is. It first started off with an interview, that was okay, he seemed nice. Then I get a call that same day saying I got the job, he said the interview after me, he did not like the girls teeth… I don't know why he would say that but whatever, I'm happy I got the job, well that happiness did not really last too long. The first couple days were okay, I did hear a lot of innapropriate talking but I just kept to myself. What I don't understand is why he calls a lot of his clients cheap, like for example Donna Waters, every time she calls the office, everyone dreads to answer the phone for her because she's annoying and always complains, oh and according to him she is cheap. Then another one is Mr. Kinzer, apparently Kinzer is so bored with his life because he is always calling to talk to Marc. I dont know why these things are said about his clients, when they are the reason why he even has this business. They are constantly talking bad about clients. It's really unprofessional. I realized this business was unprofessional when he hired me and did not even ask me for my ID or Social Security card. Well I missed two days because of family issues, I came in and told him, he had an I don't care about your life look on his face. All he really cares about is his money to be honest with you. Well after my second day missing, I HAD to sign a paper saying if I'm late, miss another day, am not focused.. I would have to resign, he won't fire me because he does not pay unemployment. Even though i never in my life signed up for that. But as you see, he's the cheap one but yet calls his clients cheap. Any who, I sign the paper because I have no choice, So that monday My one year old daughter wakes up with a 104 fever, and i rush her to the hospital, I let him know and he says he accepts my resignation, even though i said i would have a hospital note so he can see but no I knew he just wanted me gone. I figured i was gonna be 'fired' because my daughter left the hospital thursday night. So that friday 11/14 is pay day and even though I got 'fired' he still owes me for some days, so i called him because i see my direct deposit never went through.. He says i HAVE to come in and sign the resignation papers before he gives me a personal check, so he tells me to call him after noon, so Im already in the area and its after noon, so i call and he says he's seeing how much he needs to pay me. He tells me he is paying me for four days and that he is deducting a day i missed and one hour i missed, I completely understand that, but then he says he is charging me 37$ because he had to cancel payroll, because i quit. Thats when i told him, that no i did not quit, I was at the hospital with my daughter and you made me resign, I told him I had the hospital papers and he said I DONT CARE . So obviously Im mad because how do you not care that a baby is in the hospital ?? So he says to bring in the hospital papers so he doesn't charge the 37$ , so i drive ALL the way home to get the papers, then i go there to pick up my check and he does not even look at the papers at all. I told him i drove all the way home for nothing , he said well at least you got the 37$, Ive gone through hell these past weeks and this is the way he treats his employees ?!?! I was completely dumbfounded. If you see how he treats his employees, imagine how he talks about his clients. This is the most unprofessional place i have ever worked at. He is seriously a cold hearted asshole, and NOBODY SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
