I am so furious over the house i just purchased from Lou @ SWPM he has lied to me since July 2012 on a house that i finally bought from him, It had been in a fire and is a fixer upper that has been in a fire, but with the understanding that all the elec and heating be completed before i move in, in feb. nothing still has not been done since then,he has bare faced lied to me, when i can catch him in the office.He has never returned my phone calls, he avoids me at no cost. never to return my phone calls, We are suppose to move in in feb and i have been over to try and clean up, before i moved in, but i can;t even do that, no water, no elect, no heat. We have tried a couple of times to clean, but it has been so cold and far a very big disapointment, i called lou again today(1-26-13), left a very harsh loud message about the lieing to me of the heat and cooling, no water, no elect. SO PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY, NOT EVEN FOR AN APT OR RENTAL HOUSE, LOU LIES TOO MUCH TO YOU. IF I HAD MY WAY AGAIN, I WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE.
