I've had years of great experiences.
This is a walk-in clinic. Not an emergency clinic. It is first-come-first serve (although a claw-trim is usualy taken right back and done by a tech). I've had four cats and two dogs spayed or neutered with absolutely no trama or drama....

Very rude staff member (Vet asst)
I have been a customer of Southside for a while, and referred a friend that her small dog was having a calcium deficiency. She didn't know that they had to remain on Puppy food while nursing puppies.
