No I do NOT recommend. Not dependable. My dryer is less than a year old and this company has been contracted to repair 4 times. Every appointment that has been made they either showed up the wrong day or a no show. Not to mention on the 4th time being called they showed up and was there less than 5 minutes because the Tech knew what the problem was and now needed to order a part. Why couldn't they have just ordered the part when they saw this was a repeat call. They called to schedule the instal of the new part for today (Saturday between 1 and 6 and were a no call no show. Ruined my entire Saturday. Each time they were called it was less than 30 days apart. I am not only writing this complaint here but have registered a complaint with Lowes who contracts with them. I even have every email confirmation of when they were suppose to show but this company does not want to hear/see them.
