Dry cleaners
I went to this place to get a coffee stain removed from my duvet cover. I hated this place. it took me a long time to explain to them what I needed them to do, they didnt really understand English. And when I did get my cover back, it was clean but it had shrunk! i had to speak to the manager who then had the cover stretched back to its original size. I don't think i'll be going back here again!

Adequate, but not a great cleaners for speciality jobs
The front staff is very difficult to understand. I wanted to get a bridesmaid dress altered here, but I ended up taking it somewhere else because I didn't feel like the staff understand what I wanted.

Nice People Horrible Service
The ladies are nice...however they destroyed two of my shirts and my clothing doesn't come back as clean as I would like it. The price is fair, I believe, but the service is not worth your money.

Soon's Cleaners is awesome.
Though the neighborhood continues to change, Soon's Cleaners on Halsted continues to be a place where you can find reasonable prices, great work and excellent customer service all in one. Over the last 8 years or so that I've been here, they never failed to deliver. I've recommended this place to a friend, and she too brings in her clothes for dry cleaning as well as alterations.
