sneaky pete's sports shop
Sneaky Pete's is you average sports store, it doesn't carry the big name like other stores (Champs, Foot Locker, Sports Authority, etc). The store itself is relatively large and it stocks almost ever...Sneaky Pete's Inc.
This is the time of year that Sneaky Pete's is going to be packed from wall to wall with students returning for their back-to-school sneakers, but at any time of year you can rest assured that you'll find an excellent selection and quality service. They aim to please.Wonderful Customer Service
My son has lived in Crocs practically since birth. When it was time to get him a proper pair of sneakers, I knew Sneaky Pete's was the place to go. The sales person spent over an hour with us. He had my son try on many different pairs of shoes and then gave him an in depth course on how to tie them. It is a very customer friendly store.Sneaky Pete's Inc is out of touch
For a local mom and pop, this store has a lot to learn when it comes to service. We purchased an expensive pair of Nike's for my son ... when they fell apart and we requested a new pair, we were told that they had to send the sneakers back to Nike to determine if they are defective. If Nike determines that they are defective, we get a store credit HELLO?! What is he supposed to wear to school while this process unfolds? I am not sure what business these folks think that they are in in the year 2009, but let me assure the owners: it is SERVICE. And from now on, I will get my kids' sneakers, cleats, uggs, etc. as well as my SERVICE at Wayne Sporting Goods. They must not want business. Will never go back!
I went to buy my son shoes. Salesperson was completely disinterested and ignored me till I asked for help. Sized my size completely wrong. Had to take him to OLLY shoes for another pair. Pete's sized him wrong by more than a whole shoe size. Salesperson at OLLY'S said they get clients in there all the time with the same issue. I guess the economy must not be hurting them enough to care that they are losing business.Worldwide > United States > Ardmore, PA > Sporting Goods
