MOVERS THE LIE AND DON’T HAVE A TRUCK. BBB CASE CREATED FOR DISHONEST MOVERS You would think a business cares about having happy customers with the hopes they would return but Walt must be incredibly desperate for money to not try to make me happy along with lying to the BBB about how long he was on my property. If he is going to lie to the BBB who knows what he will do to you, your belongings and money. https://atlanta.app.bbb.org/complaint/view/27299025/c/u98d43 I had to have an Atlanta Police Officer pull (and save) security footage at my old apartment to prove the Walt lied to the BBB about his arrival time. I also have phone records and an eye witness to prove his approval time and shoe how dishonest he is. It is pathetic he cannot handle talking to an angry customer as he still owes me $40 that I paid as a deposit for renting blankets. (Which by the way was delivered as a heap with leaves all over them when he arrived at my apartment.) ALSO THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A MOVING TRUCK. You have to supply a moving truck if needed. They have a dinky little 2 door car with a dolly and some other moving paraphernalia in the back. I didn’t even know he was the mover when he arrived as I have never seen a mover without a moving truck. FROM HIS WEBSITE OF ALL THEY OFFER FOR FREE - 4 Wheeled Furniture Dolly:1 basic, flat dollie is provided as a "courtesy " and at no extra cost.. To show you how unprofessional his man is see his response email to my initial complaint on the unsatisfactory service I received. This would have been a simple resolution. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU COULD BE HIS NEXT TARGET. FROM WALT: “I can assure you that there will be no refund check of any kind sent to you. Furthermore, we will not welcome your business with us or any of our associate companies in the future. I think that instead of complaining and asking for money back, you should instead be offering your sincere praise for the hard work that we did AND in accommodating your complete lack of planning, supplies, and just plain common sense. You are not my boss and I do not have to live up to any expectations that you may or may not have had prior to your move (i.e. I do not have to "sprint", communicate the amount of supplies that you need, use the stairs, take strategic short-cuts through the complex, etc. etc.). I am a professional moving laborer and so is Josh and we did an exceptional job. We were on time, had all of the necessary equipment and tools, didn't damage anything in the process, and got the majority of your furniture and other items into those tiny, little storage units. YOU and only YOU are responsible for the success or failure of your move (we simply do the heavy lifting & packing). I am both personally and professionally offended by your comments. Please do not contact me again. Thank you!” Here is an earlier email from him stating what I would need to have in advance before the move “You will also need moving blankets, tape, and rope in order to protect your furniture and other items and to prevent shifting in-transit.” If he was a professional mover you would think he would educate customers on what they need to help make a successful move. This is a prideful stubborn man that has no reason to be prideful. There are plenty of other reputable movers who own trucks that is a real business and not the mom and pop type shop this guy runs. STAY AWAY!!!!

WORST MOVERS EVER. DO NOT USE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. Walt is unprofessional and will target you and purposefully move slow to run the hours up to take more money from you. Don't make the mistake i did to use him along with rent the blankets from him as you have to pay him an additional $40 on top of the $90 rental fee. As I am not a professional mover I requested from him I advance all recommendations on what I needed to be prepared and Walt failed to give me an accurate list of items that should be purchase before the move. He then had the nerve to blame me for his inability to inform his customers of what is needed for a move. He is understaffed with only one other guy so it is horrible if you are trying to move quickly. It took them 3.5 hours to move an 800 square foot apartment up to my stage pod. When I asked for a refund for his laziness and purposely slow movement of my things he sent an unprofessional response saying I was no longer a welcome customer. What a laugh as I would ever trust him around my things ever again. And can't afford to loose any more money or been taken advantage of again A direct quote from Walts unprofessional repose to me: " YOU and only YOU are responsible for the success or failure of your move (we simply do the heavy lifting & packing). " If this is the kind of guy you will trust with your belonging then good luck. I warned you!!!
