best out there

I love this dry cleaners! When I first moved to San Antonio the closest dry cleaners was Slaters. They were fantastic, professional, never had any problem with losing clothes, stains on clothes, not getting clothes back when promised. The staff was super friendly as well. We moved to the other side of town making it impossible to continue using them but if one comes to our neighborhood we will go back to them!

Damaged Clothes and Bad Customer Service

I would definiately not recommend this company. I have had nothing but negative experiences. I originally used Slater-White on New Braunfels because they have a branch near my home, but will never use them again! Here's why:

1. I took a suit with soup splashed on the leg to be cleaned. They cleaned it two times and the soup was still there. I took it to another cleaners and they were able to remove the soup the first time.

2. They broke the zipper on a formal dress of mine. Someone at the drycleaners must have know about it because they had to use the extra hook above the zipper to hold the dress together. The cleaners refused to fix the zipper because they said it had been too long, the dress was not listed in their system, and I'm responsible for checking the clothes before I leave the store. Basically they refused to fix the damage that they created.

3. When I asked for the name and contact information of the regional manager, the store manager refused to give it to me!

Don't ever use this cleaners!
