Mr. Kipuros/Sinmar Realty has attempted to justify the accounting of the missing money by "charging" my family for services provided by them, that are clearly and specifically called out within the Contract as part of their obligations, as the Manager of the Property and clearly included within the monthly Management Fee. Although I have requested for appropriate documentation/justification numerous times, however Mr. Kipuros has failed to provide any of the reasonable explanation or evidence for the discrepancy in the accounting nor he has provided any explanation/justification for any of our other complaints associated with the management of the property. This is not about having bad service, this is about potential embezzlement and/or negligence of a licensed professional. I have recently filed complaints with the AZ Department of Real Estate, the BBB, and the Association of Realtor. Beware of such Real Estate Agents and save yourself the hassle/trouble/financial burden and seek for more reputable/ethical Broker/Manager.
