I want to give my opinion in this company I think all these houses are being built wrong with cheap material my cousin purchased a home from this company within 7 months of our purchase when it was raining a lot the house started leaking from the ceiling & ther restroom wall I contacted brian from silex too let him know it took him a month to come out after contacting the main office to complain to some lady that was very rude I told her that brian was failing to come & fix the roof & she said that he wasn\'t failing I also told her that I had called him numerous of times & leaving messages & that he was ignoring my phone calls & she told me he wasent & for me to call brian again & that he had to fix the issue which I did & he finally awnserd & he came out & got some guy by the name of larry to fix it & he also said that he would get him to repaint whe the repair dried up its already been 7 months that he had came out & its still not done I\'ve contacted brian numerouse of time & he doesent return any of my calls again also I had complainde to him that the water line were put wrong I have hot water comeing out of my toilet he said he was going to fix it & it also never got fixed its already been 2 yrs & it Is still the same honestly I would not recommed anyone to purchase a home from this company I have had a bad experience with this company
