Good for Eyebrow Threading
Beauty Concepts is great for eyebrow threading. As far as customer service I'd give them a big fat zero. I only go because they do a great job with my eyebrows. My rating is strictly for their eyebrow threading and nothing else.Worldwide > United States > Westmont, IL > Beauty & Spas
