Great Customer Service, Outstanding Quality
I used these guys a few years ago before I moved out of the area and never found another cleaners that delivers the quality nor provides the service that Shores did!!! When I moved back to WS this past fall I was not surprised to find that they had not missed a beat. If your looking for a cleaners that will take care of you and your clothes give these guys a try!! From having it ready for the wedding dday to cleaning and storage, Brian and his staff were always friendly, professional, calm, and reassuring! Only Place To Go For Alterations!
You wouldn't believe the long wedding gown story if I told you. So I'm going to give you the highlights. I am a size 0 and ended up with a wedding gown that was at least a size 10. I was truly upset as you can imagine. Although everything turned around when I visited Shores and met with Ms. Linda (the seamstress). I have to say she truly performed a miracle. She took 4" off each side, 5" off the bottom, and moved/relocated all the detailed beading/designs to make it fit perfectly. I have never been more pleased with a business. The customer service and seamstress were excellent and I felt they were always honest with me throughout the process. I am truly greatful to Shores and Ms. Linda for turning a ridculously oversized gown into a beautiful wedding gown that looked like it was made for me. I highly recommend Shores to anyone needing alterations, especially wedding gown alterations.
