BEWARE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish I would have read these reviews prior to signing a lease. Upon moving in my dishwasher never worked, the light fixture in the kitchen was broken, the fan in the 'dining area' was horrific & practically falling off the ceiling, the painting & caulking in the unit looks like it was done by a 4 year old, the sliding glass door didn't lock, the toilets backed up and can anyone say ROACHES? Needless to say NOTHING WAS FIXED! My car was towed from the complex with a Resident Sticker on the dash & the manager basically said "too bad"! This lady is the EVILEST, MOST HATEFUL, INCONSIDERATE, RUDE, DISGUSTING human being that I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. She harasses the tenants about things that do not pertain to her, she screams at the children when they go to the pool for no reason, threatens to call the police on anyone who steps foot in the office, even if only going to ask for an A/C filter. Tells visitors that she will tow their vehicles, I can go on & on. She is just plain DEMONIC & CRAZY! In the short time she has been managing the complex she has evicted over 46 tenants & finds any reason possible to not return deposits and the best part is THE OWNERS OF THE COMPLEX DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO STOP HER-something fishy going on there? I am currently living here so I'm sure I will have much more to add to this list as time goes on.
