For anyone who has ever wanted to learn how to fight without first accepting discipline, this is not the place for you. if you lack respect for your opponents, this is not the place for you. Shidoshi Steven Williams is the best teacher I have ever had. If he makes you do a thousand push ups before teaching you a technique, well then you bet yourself there is a good reason behind it. In 2 years ive learned more here than the last 10 plus years of training in various martial arts forms. Martial arts isn't about being the best fighter. It's about having the ability to be the better man/woman.
