Dr Sefa is an excellent ob/gyn
the doctors and the p.a. are very good. however, whoever is managing this office is doing a horrible job of it and is ultimately giving this doctor a bad name. we go by that old adagio, a company can only be as good as its weakest staff...Worldwide > United States > Chula Vista, CA > Doctors
