Slow, Unprofessional, Overpriced, Dirty
Do NOT waste your time and money! This place gave me the most unprofessional pedicure I have ever had and it took 2 hours!! The lady who worked with me could not see where my nail bed was and painted all over the skin next to my nail. She used WAY too many brush strokes and made the nails look smudged and bumpy. She was very slow moving and reluctant to get up and do requests for the client. She also took a phone call during my service. I guess it was really important to tell her brother how to work the dvd player! To top it off, there was a dead fly next to the nail polish display. Save yourself the stress and headache and go anywhere else!!

I went to Secret Rituals Days Spa for the first time this week after receiving a gift certificate. I was so plesantly suprised with my treatment and service. I was greeted as soon as I entered the facility by the friendly staff and was offered refreshments while I completed my paper work. Then I was escorted to my treatment room where I receive the most amazing massage I have had in quite some time after my relaxing massage I was escorted to my next destination where the estheician was waiting for me. She welcomed me and examed my skin and continued with the most incredible facial , I can't wait to see her again for my next appointment. Thank you Secret Rituals for making my day so enjoyable!!!! During my visit at Secret Rituals Day Spa, I experienced a very tranquil and soothing ambiance, I requested the following services; massage, pedicure and manicure. I was greeted by each one of my technicians; massage therapist, esthetician and nail teach with professionalism and each tech provided stella performances. The service and atmosphere was peaceful. I look forward to my next scheduled services!
