These people are totally undependable. I'm the property manager of a small apartment building and they were supposed to re-carpet an occupied unit. The installers got here but refused to do the work. Three appointments later they finally installed the carpet. But I decided to give them another chance. I had a second occupied unit that needed carpet. They were supposed to be here before noon. At 6:00PM they showed up and refused to do the work. In both cases the installers spoke very little english and could not understand me. My building is in SW Atlanta populated by poor black people. Both times the same ethnic installers refused to do the work once they met the tenants. This company is only interested in large projects and could care less about my tenants. They hire subcontractors that do what ever they please and really don't care about the customer. I will never use them again.
