While the result is somewhat acceptable, working with Mike was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with any type of service. Every request was met with argument, every issue was met with an immediate defensive posture and a propensity to blame someone else. I came to know that everything about my home was substandard, including my wife. The crews and the owner showed no respect for the property or the property owners. There was absolutely no effort made to avoid unnecessary damage and absolutely no accountability accepted. The experience ended with paying him simply to get him out of my life.
