Couples Massages
I had been to Scarlett's several times and had never had a bad expereince; however the last visit left me very upset that I had told friends and family to go there. Myself and my husband was in PAIN during and for about a week afterwards. This was not mine or his first massage and we knew what to expect, but this was very unacceptable. We will never referr people there again. Please like the other review, very noisy. Not only from the traffic but people walking through the building.

Great Facility
I've had several massages here and a few couples massages. My wife enjoys spa days whenever she gets the free time. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is professional and well trained. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice massage. I do agree however that street traffic can be a nuisance.

Gift Certificate
Before going into the room to get my massage, I was very pleased with the service. I had received a gift certificate, and jumped at the chance to use it. My masseuse was less than friendly. She asked me questions to keep conversation going, but when I responded, she would be short and snippy. It got to the point of me just answering vaguely to try and cut the conversation out. It made me very uncomfortable, and it will take me a while to go back. I definitely will make sure I do not get her again.
