Great store
What a great store this is. I go frequently for crickets for my leopard gecko. Bob, the owner, is knowledgeable about all pets. They carry snakes, lizards, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and so much more. Sometimes he has skunks and sugar gliders. They carry pet food, pet carriers and aquariums, heat lights, and so much more. We love to visit and see all the pets.

I Love Scales!
Scales is such a good store for exotic pets and supplies. They're the only store around here that will sell you frozen/pre-killed feeder mice, and that is a MUST for me. I bought frozen at Petsmart ONCE and I won't do it again because the price is ridiculous. Don't buy frozen from Petsmart, please go to Scales it's seriously at least 1/3 of the price. Plus, the owner is so friendly and nice! I love going in there to look at all the snakes and reptiles he has. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has even a mild interest in reptiles, but he also has ferrets and sugar gliders and things of that sort as well!

Smells funny
Store has a funny smell to it....like dirty cages or something. Kind of dirty inside....even though they have exotic pets...I do think they need to keep it cleaner.

Quanity and/or Quality
Scales had many snakes to choose from and plenty of supplies however I did notice there was a Boa that was about 5FT long in a 10 gallon tank and he was shedding but there was no room in the tank for him to move around. He looked sick and I also noticed the price was really low for such a large Boa. When I asked the associate about the snake he said the price was so cheap because you get the tank, lighting, and the snake all together but I really think he was sick. Besides that the store was great. I loved their little Hedge Hogs and they have a large supply of rats and mice unlike Creature Castle (every time I go there, they never have the size mouse I need) Scales on the other hand always has what I need to feed my snake.
