Made a set time for pick up the day before They where on time picked me up at the holiday inn in saugus ma at 430am to go to logan the cab driver was very nice man from Saugus named Joe no issues what so ever!!

I am saying this as an ex driver. I remember when I was with them they had a cab they put the wrong fuse in so there was no light and it's a cheap part so ya think with what they make they would fix it, right? They didn't and the car...

Never again!!!
I tried Saugus Taxi three times in the last year, they were over a half hour late every time. I called the night before for a pickup in the morning and they were still late.
