We paid Saturn Custom Furniture $2700.00 to make furniture ($2200 in cash and $500 in upholstery fabric they still have and won't return). Sergio H, Romero and Elizabeth R Galvez (owners) took the money and never delivered the furniture. They moved their shop from 606 W. El Segundo Blvd, LA 90061 # E to 1517 W. 139th Street, Gardena, CA, 09249. We have repeatedly been told our furniture was in progress, but when we went by the shop, there was no evidence anything was being done on our order. There was, however, work being done for other customers. Apparently, since they already have our money, they feel it unnecessary now to deliver the products. Sergio Romero and Elizabeth R Galvez stole $2700.00 from us. We just found out that the shop in Gardena is unlicensed. When we contracted with them, their business cards indicated they were a licensed business, and this was fraud. We would never have contracted with them had we known this. They are now refusing to return phone calls and do not answer emails. Sergio's phone is permanently set to not accept messages. These people are thieves. They have had our money for six months and have refused to return it or provide the furniture we paid for. We will now have to take legal action. We have been defrauded out of the $2700.00 we gave Sergio Romero and Elizabeth R Galvez of Gardena. We paid them in advance for custom furniture in July 2012 and still have not received it in Jan 2013. They refuse to return the money and have indicated that they do not intend to deliver the furniture.
