They took advantage of a old man!
My 83 year old father brought his car in for a smog check. The car did not pass and the mechanic told him to bring it back and leave it so they could test it cold. He said that there would be no additional charge.

Rude/unfriendly with high prices ! Avoid them
They are rude and unfriendly. In addition, they kind of talk down to customers as if they are doing you a favor for the service/repair which they charge TOO much already.
