Way too expensive
I'm sorry to disagree but there's nothing sensational about Sandy's Beauty Salon at all - got my mani and pedi from the owner/manager herself and it was pretty normal. Nothing to complain about, thankfully, but definitely not the best...Worldwide > United States > Beverly Hills, CA > Beauty & Spas
