Do not use this company! We had workers showing up when they weren't scheduled. When we chose not to renew our termite contract, they sent someone out anyway for a "complimentary termite inspection" and then billed us for it. When we called to explain that we were not renewing, they told us they were sending our bill to a collection agency. Not consistent or honorable. Poor customer service with the girls answering the phones.

Rick the tech is a super guy, a friendly & nice person. Every year he checks carefully for any termites. I highly recommend this company. Office people are always very nice too. I have had them for my termite control since 1992 and they always have been extremely nice to work with. Haven't gotten any termites so I guess they are doing there job well!
