A mystery lover's delight
One of my sisters is an avid mystery reader, so it's always a delight for her when she gets a gift certificate for the San Francisco Mystery Bookstore. She can browse to her heart's content and then we have tea or lunch at one of the nearby cafes, and it makes for a very enjoyable afternoon. The store's owner is really sweet and hosts book signings pretty often so mystery fans can meet their favorite authors.5 store bookstore
I absolutely love this bookstore. My cousin and I go to the book readings and get to meet our favorite mystery authors. The people in this bookstore are very friendly and are always there to help you find the exact book that you are looking for. The store is not huge, but the amount of books and ambiance compensate for it. I highly recommend this bookstore to all those people who love a good mystery. It is a great asset to our city. Five stars!!Mystery Bookstore
If you are an avid reader of mystery books, then this is the bookstore for you. the bookstore is not big, but it is jam packed with all kinds of great mystery books. They also have book readings once a month which are cool because you can meet your favorite writer. The only thing that I did not like about this bookstore is the location. It can be a bit shady at times. But go with a friend and you are safe. A real asset to the cityGreat bookstore
This medium-sized bookstore has all the mystery books you can ever be looking for. The store isnt big but it has had everything that I was ever searching for. Lately I have really been interested in the mystery genre, and this is the place i went to get myself the loot. I most recently read Boris Akunin's The Winter Queen (great book by the way.) I will Definitly keep coming back to check out the new stuff. The employees are great and know basically everything and always happy to help you find the book you are looking for. They stole my books!
We sold them books on May 20, 2008 and they still have not paid for them yet! We have called Diane everyday, sent letters, emails, faxes, and now we are left to leave reviews. We would not recommend anyone to do business with this bookstore. The only mystery is what they do with their money they make?Worldwide > United States > San Francisco, CA > Book Stores
