Maintenance and management have gone downhill since the departure of skil-bilt
Since the "management' has been taken over by this Gables company, everything's gone to sh*t here for maintenance. These people are more like caretakers than anything else. Lots of vacancies, and they are so on it for getting the empty units ready, but it takes literally months to get maintenace requests handled, and the equipment is cr*p. My new air conditioner?.
