I would like to not give any star rating. It is really mismanaged at these apartments. They refuse to fix anything major in the apartments by telling you corporate has to approve the order. I have a rusty leak in my unit and that\'s been 7 months ago. The heat thermostat does not work. The place was filthy even on movein. This refrigerator is 15 years old rusted and was filthy too. When you go into the \"business center\" or call they act like you\'re interrupting them sitting on their ugly rear ends. What is a renter to do? I would like to go to the television trouble shooters and see what they suggest. The managers let the units deteriorate and force you to live in crap conditions. Just pay your rent and shut up. They sure like to brag about all the wonderful amenities to be found here but most do not exist or they lie about their availability. They will sure hold you to the contract/lease but do little to nothing on their part. Move out and they\'ll come up with some trumped up fees. This place has to go. The map and address are incorrect for Saddlewood Apts san antonio texas. It should be 2554 NE Loop 410
