A happy surprise
While S & L looks like a hole in the wall kinda place, I was happily surprised by the food. The Jasmine Rice and Citrus Chicken were to die for! The staff is not that friendly, but I would go back for another meal. I have been there twice...Worldwide > United States > Fairfield, CA > Restaurants
