I don't understand the reviews. Maybe these people are so demanding. The cleaning at my house was excellent, the cleaners were on time and very professional. I am very happy with their service and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

The cleaning was good. But I give them 4 stars because the people arrived late although they called me. I bought a promotion for 3 hours (1.5 hours, 2 people) and paid an extra hour, so they could finish to clean all the rooms.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR MENTAL SANITY. I had the most horrendous experience with this company! Unprofessional and disorganized, and I could not believe how rude the management was to me. They could not show up at scheduled times, couldnt properly communicate with their cleaning teams, and refuse to make it right if there is a problem with an appointment. Dont bother with this company to clean your house. Worst experience with a cleaning company ever.

Terrible. Simply Terrible.
